Precisely. DC and New York would be most appropriate, though I'd like to vote for DC - Norfolk. That way, we'd have a nice underwater stretch already, the military-industrial complex would love it, and I would save myself some 4 hour drives :)

Just don't get distracted, or you'll find yourself heading back to Norfolk with a long run back to DC.
