Honestly, I thought that Shirley Bassey was 40 when she sang Goldfinger -- her voice sounded too well crafted, and full, to be someone in her 20s.

I think we need a new word. "Awesome" doesn't seem quite strong enough for anything that would prompt me to wait and watch on dialup.

Howdy! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Visuals were stunning, vocals equally so - did you notice that where they "shred" Pink's voice, Shirley just belted it out? How great is that - I even loved the James Bondish ending. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
I sure hope Pink enjoyed it too - flattery, and all that. Now if we could
see SB's take on Pinks' "you and your hand" - which I thought was "you and
your HAIR" for a few weeks. Kinda liked it better that way.
Oh well - we are finally moving!!! Friday! Stop by the new place in a
week or so, and bring Starr!
