I've been designated semi-official proof-reader for the college, and I see SO many of those errors. Sometimes they don't accept my corrections, but at least I tried.
My two favorites for today (in already published documents): "Accuracey is a must." "This program provides learning opportunities which introduce, develop and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention and advancement."
