Now, now -- not all Klingons were savage and brutal; there were a few cunning ones here and there -- they just had nasty tempers as well. The pair of sisters come to mind. (Not their names, mind you, but their costumes were quite... er, um, distinctive) There was also ones more like the set in ST6 which were also clever, subtle, and ... ok, bad-tempered. Even the diplomats are a bit bad-tempered. Maybe it's just a race that needs a long supply of St. John's Wort. :)
And thank you for the condolences; he was a nifty fellow who really loved his Zetraman pieces -- he thought they were some of his best work.
