Can't imagine 200...but I've been on those long, flat, straight Arizona roads (along with long and flat and straight roads in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico), and it's no difficulty at all to look down at your speedometer and realize you're traveling in the 110-120 mph range.
(And that occasionally you're still being passed.)
