Mages are notoriously hard to keep alive, but their DPS makes them invaluable. I think that our guild tends to abandon raids that we don't have enough warriors, priests or mages on. Everything else seems to be pretty interchangable for big raids. B's character is always in demand. Mine (a pally) isn't.
