(Anonymous) 2008-05-10 07:11 pm (UTC)(link)So slow down for periods and then speed walk for a few minutes (2-5) and you'll see some real differences quickly. Otherwise your body will find a new plateau but then just relax into that one. So you can keep a plateau from ever really forming by changing pace.
