We can call it the Deeprun Line? But it only runs between, what? DC and Richmond? DC and New York?

Precisely. DC and New York would be most appropriate, though I'd like to vote for DC - Norfolk. That way, we'd have a nice underwater stretch already, the military-industrial complex would love it, and I would save myself some 4 hour drives :)

Just don't get distracted, or you'll find yourself heading back to Norfolk with a long run back to DC.
