I doubt he'd bring something as crude and random as a nuke... For legal proceedings, I recommend the control unit for the Orbital Laser Platform. That way, you can selectively take out all the procecution witnesses before they get to the stand. And the judge and/or jury if the ruling becomes obvious, and unfavorable. :D
