I don't raid because I don't have the time to devote to a guild, and it takes forever to get a PuG going. And then, of course, PuGs are so intensely variable it's sometimes infuriating. And you'll get most of the people you need, then one of the ones you already have will have to go and....

Ergh. But then any guild seems to want you to play all the time, which I just can't do, either.
