We definitely have to do this place if I can get down there.

As for Star Wars, well, the "Thousand Year Reich" lasted less than fifteen, so there's precedent.

As for Yoda, think about how Palpatine looked after fighting Yoda and Mace Windu. Maybe the duel in the Senate Chamber took more out of Yoda than it looked.

As for Ben, assuming he was about twenty at the time of Phantom Menace, ten years passing between that and Attack of the Clones would make him thirty, and even assuming five years passed between that and Revenge would only make him thirty-five at best, which would have made him a not-terribly well-preserved sixty at the time of New Hope.

Hmm... Does excessive use of the Force drain the life energies of the user? Interesting point to ponder.
